Add the repair services you want to your shopping cart and pay for the order. Enter the shipping address to which you want the product mailed when the repair is complete. Pick up your order number.
Include a note showing the order number of your repair purchase so we can mail the product back to you. Also write on the label the name of the product to be serviced (if known), the color and size of the product. NOTE. Write the text “Repair Service” visibly outside the package.

We’ll send the sweater back to you when the service is complete – in about 2-3 weeks. Delivery will be to the address you provided when ordering the repair service.
If you order a repair for the same knit in addition to maintenance through our repair service, the maintenance and repair time for the knit will be extended by 1-2 weeks. This is because maintenance and repairs are physically carried out at different locations.
When knitwear arrives to us, it is first put in freezer for a week to avoid pest-risks. This practice minimizes the risk of textile pests ending up on our premises and moving from one knitwear to another. This practice adds some time for the repairs.
You can also inquire about repair or washing services from your local clothcare professionals and it may be much quicker and ecological than shipping your knit to us.
