We are happy to ship worldwide from our own warehouse in Finland. Our shipping methods include GLS, PostNord, Posti, UPS Express Saver and DHL Express.

Taxes & Duties
EU and Norway
All duties and taxes are already included. No additional fees or duties.
Free Standard Shipping for orders over 200 € in EU.
USA
From 28 October 2026, all US import duties and taxes are included in our US prices. The total you see at checkout is all you pay, with no fees or surprise costs when your parcel arrives.
Orders placed before 28 October 2026 were priced without US duties, and for those the carrier collects import duties and fees before delivery. The change took effect during the day on 28 October 2026, so some orders placed that day were still priced without duties. Your order confirmation shows whether duties were included.
UK
Prices are shown without VAT. UK VAT and an import handling fee (about £12 with GLS) are charged when the parcel arrives, and a customs clearance company will contact you to settle them. Our EU-made knitwear is duty free under the EU–UK trade agreement.
Canada
Prices are shown without Finnish VAT. Canadian GST/HST and a carrier clearance fee are charged before delivery, and the carrier will contact you to settle them. Our EU-made knitwear is duty free under the EU–Canada trade agreement (CETA).
Rest of the world
Prices are shown without Finnish VAT once you select your delivery country at checkout.
Your local customs authority may charge VAT and duties when the parcel arrives.

You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email to follow your order.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Returns from EU countries
We will provide you a free shipping label for your return. Contact us and we will prepare shipping labels for you.
Please note that we will not refund the return costs returned by other means or without contacting us.
Returns from non-EU countries
Send us an email before returning the item.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves. We kindly ask you to use a tracked service such as your national postal service or DHL Express. Please keep the proof/receipt of your shipment until you have received your refund.

To exchange your product to a different size, color or product, please contact our customer service
Refunds
In return cases, we will refund accordingly:
EU CUSTOMERS: the original paid sum for your order for EU customers including shipping.
NON EU CUSTOMERS: the paid sum excluding shipping costs. Please note that if you have paid VAT to your local customs / officials you have to file a VAT refund to them.
All items must be unworn, clean and resalable to get a refund for a return. Please handle the items with care when trying them on. If items are stained or worn, we will deduct the refund accordingly.
We will issue the refund when we have received and checked the returned items. Please retain all return shipment documentation until you have got the refund. We refund to the payment card / service you used when making the purchase.
Refunds are processed in EUR. Any difference between the original local currency amount charged and the refunded amount is due to exchange rate fluctuations and is the responsibility of the customer's payment provider.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unfortunate case of faulty product or manufacturing defect, please contact customer service at info@alpaknitwear.com.
