For products purchased between 22.11.-24.12.2024, we offer a special trial period, so you can truly experience what it’s like to wear an Alpa® knitwear. You can return your product, even after 60 days of use, without any hassle or questioning.

Many of our knits are tightly woven with durability in mind. Because of this, they soften even more with use. For those with sensitive skin, a knit that may feel slightly rough at first becomes delightfully soft after just a couple of weeks of wear.

The fit of the knitwear also adjusts and molds to its wearer over time.

These are things you can’t know until you’ve experienced them yourself, and since we believe you won’t return your products, you are free to try them however you like. Take a hike to Norway or style yourself for a gala – we’ll take the product back without complaint if you’re not satisfied.

Almost without exception, our customers are happy with their softened alpaca wool knits – we receive very few returns. And the returns we do receive are cleaned, repaired, and sold through our 2nd hand service.

We don’t throw anything away.

The knits certainly won’t go to waste, as any returned knits will be cleaned, repaired, and sold through our 2nd hand section.
