GENERAL

In case of returns or exchanges contact us in 30 days from receiving your goods. We only accept unused and undamaged products in returns and exchanges. If the product is for example dirty or stained we can’t change or refund it. If free gifts were included in your order, please read “Free gifts / items & returns”

Simply contact us via e-mail and we will send you the return label. Always try to return the garment in its original package. The garment will be inspected and exchange processed after we have received the return. We will exchange the product of your choice immediately as we receive the return. Only first exchange is free, further exchanges will cost 9,90€ each time.

The garment will be inspected and return processed immediately after we have received the return. Original shipping costs in returns are only refunded in the unlikely event of faulty/wrong goods.

FREE GIFTS & RETURNS

If you have received free gifts with your order and you return your purchases and the original terms for receiving free gift are not filled anymore (such as minimum order value), you must also return the gift. If you want to keep the gift, we reduce the value of those items from your refund.

We do not give refunds only for free gifts.

CLAIMS

If your order is damaged or not what you ordered, please inform us in 14 days of receiving the goods so we can resolve the problem. If the package is damaged, please make a complaint to shipping company as soon as possible.

ORDERING

The order is made by putting items into cart and paying them at checkout. All the customer information will be disclosed. When you make an order we require you to have read current terms of shipment and from this page. After a successful order, we will send you order confirmation into your email.
