In challenging situations, always contact customer service first for checking if repair is possible. Enter the shipping address to which you want the product returned once the repair is complete. Save your order number.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWhen packing your garment for shipment, include a note with the order number, so we can mail the garment back to you. Please also include an explanation of the defect that needs repairing, the name of the product (if known), as well as the colour and the size. NOTE: Write the text “Repair Service” visibly on the outside of the package.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eContact customer service at info@alpaknitwear.com to arrange for the shipping.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe’ll send the garment back to you when the service is complete – in about 4-6 weeks. Delivery will be to the address you provided when ordering the repair service.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that the service time includes an important safety step: When the knitwear arrives, it is first kept in a freezer for a week. This practice minimises the risk of textile pests ending up on our premises and moving from one knitwear to another.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can also inquire about repair or washing services from your local clothing care professionals. Using local services may be quicker and more ecological than shipping your knitwear to us. We can send you yarn for repair if necessary.
